Mohammed Hafiaz - Solicitor
I was born in St Ives and attended St. Ivo School before going on to qualify as a solicitor in July 2003. My training and post qualification experience was with a specialist Landlord and Tenant practice conducting property litigation for overseas institutional investors and large privately owned companies. I continue to specialise in Leasehold Reform which involves advising lessees as to their statutory rights to acquire extended leases. I undertake a broad range of property related and commercial dispute matters within the Leeds Day litigation team.
